Professional portrait studio fund raising for you.
Invite all your pupils and their families and friends for a fun day of family photography at your school ideally on a weekend or evening. Each family has a professional studio session of 10-15 minutes with some of the best portrait photographers in the area. We suggest you charge a booking fee of around £10 per family, you keep all of this along with a share of the profits once all orders are processed. All of the orders are dealt with by us, there is no more involvement for you.

This costs you nothing, not a penny. It is relaxed and fun.
The children and their family (whoever wants to be in the photographs) get a full 10/15 minute professional portrait session, great fun and lots of laughter. The shoot is later professionally edited and put online to be viewed (password protected) for the families to choose from. We collect all payments and then a great cheque is sent back to the school/nursery/club/group. So everybody wins, no cost to the organiser at all, the parents get beautiful studio quality portraits of the whole family whilst a great percentage of all of the orders go directly to the school/club/group.
Easy on the PTA or organiser
The great thing about this way of raising money, is the minimal amount of input and demands on the PTA or yourself the organiser. You help promote the sessions and get as many families booked in to time slots on the allocated day. From that point on we deal directly with the families.
All of our professional studio photographers that will come to you are fully CRB checked and hold all of the necessary insurances.
