Photo Booth Mobile Studio
This is a great fun idea, it is a modern day upgraded verision of the old “Guest book”. Many will have been to a wedding where a guest book has been lurking somewhere with the intent of people filling it in. Quite often this doesn’t get the chance to circulate and inevitably only gets partially completed.
The photo guest book not only gets around these problems, but it also forms a great piece of entertainment (normally between the speeches and the first dance – when your guests have had a drink or two). This concept is also great as it allows for your evening guests to be part of the photography on the day, whereas they normally don’t feature at all.
If you have the Fun Mobile Studio at your wedding you don’t need to purchase the Signature Frame as well, its all included with the Fun Mobile Studio.
What is involved?
Step 1 – Signature Frame
The first thing we need to do is choose your favourite image from your pre wedding / engagement shoot, we then bring this on the day framed (without the glass) and mounted with an extra thick mount to be signed by your guests.
Step 2 – The wedding day & the fun studio
While you and your wedding guests are enjoying the wedding breakfast, we set up a Portrait Studio (preferably near the bar!!) including our prop box full of funny hats, wigs and glasses etc to break the ice. The studio runs between the natural pause that occurs between the end of the speeches & the start of the evening entertainment, normally about an hour. Your guests (who have now enjoyed a glass of champagne or two) are asked to come and have a really relaxed informal, and more often than not silly, portrait taken – after which the guests are asked to write their message on your signature mount.
Step 3 – The montage of photos
After the wedding day, these fun images of you and your guests enjoying the studio will be put online so your friends can see the images (they can purchase them if they want to). We then form a montage from your favourites of these pictures to replace the pre wedding shoot print, leaving you with photographs of all of your friends and family having great fun on your wedding day surrounded by the fond and funny messages signed on the mount board around the outside ready to be framed and then take pride of place at home. If you choose, we can arrange the framing of this for you as well.
