The Wedding Morning Preparations

On the morning of the big day itself, we aim to meet with both the girls and the boys before the ceremony, time allowing. These brilliant moments document the story of your individual mornings with all of the build up and preparation.

Generally speaking we meet with the girls first. The preparation shots are a great start to the wedding story, these are kept really nice and simple, all the girls readying themselves and enjoying an early glass of champagne whilst final hair or makeup touches are applied, details of the shoes, flowers, the wedding checklist that is laying on the coffee table – you get the picture. It’s also a time with which we can capture some lovely moments with parents and any family there in the morning.

The Boys

Time allowing, it is good for us to find the groom & his groomsmen. They will normally be waiting nervously at the church or in a local public house pretending not to be nervous. Meeting the boys in the morning makes for some great fun photographs, but importantly it balances the images by telling both sides of the story during the morning.
